II. Coaching Services — Not Healthcare or Therapy
Partnered is a coaching and educational program. Participation in the Program does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
Although the Company founder is a licensed therapist, the Program itself is not psychotherapy, mental health treatment, crisis care, medical care, or healthcare services.
Information shared within the Program is therefore not protected by HIPAA or healthcare confidentiality laws unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate psychotherapy agreement.

If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you are responsible for turning off your camera, changing your display name, or refraining from participation during recorded sessions.
IX. User-Generated Content
Any comments, posts, submissions, messages, testimonials, or materials voluntarily submitted by users may be retained by the Company.
You retain ownership of your content; however, by submitting content through the Program or website, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, store, and distribute such content for Program operation, educational purposes, marketing (with identifying information removed where appropriate), and business operations.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates Program rules or applicable laws.
